Brigljević Distillery is a family-owned boutique distillery dedicated to crafting premium aged spirits and gin. In 2016, we launched the first-ever Croatian gin called the Flying Cat. Since then, our gin tasting room has become a favorite meeting spot for gin aficionados and other aspiring distillers.

Spend a fun evening with our distillers and learn everything you ever wanted to know about gin, from its amusing history to various styles and distillation methods.
You'll taste three kinds of our premium gin and learn to distinguish between their different herbs and spices. We'll teach you how to feel your way through various kinds of gin so you can create any concoction imaginable! You'll also get to play around and invent your own gin cocktail recipes.
